An integrated and sustainable approach to the management of fungal diseases is crucial for long-term success in the wine sector.
With this premise, Xeda Italia has launched an innovative fungicidal line on the market created from new products with high technological content for high-level viticulture.
The aim is to bring into the hands of experts in the wine sector a versatile, effective line of defense, without residue and capable of preserving quality as much as possible during the winemaking process.
Microsap® Cu Plus: is a new fungicide based on copper tribasic sulphate with a very low content of active ingredient, only 53.8gr/l thanks to Microsap® technology. Technically, it is a carbonated hydroxyapatite, that is, a mineral crystalline structure capable of absorbing any type of active ingredient and making its performance as efficient as possible. This is thanks to the ability to create an electronic deficiency with the plant and therefore to adhere in a high manner, a characteristic which has been confirmed thanks to various official tests, such as Microsap® Cu Plus only with 5% copper offers the same performance guarantees as much more concentrated commercial reference formulations. In addition to this, the very high resistance to run-off and the persistence of the product from 0mm to 50mm of rainfall have been certified.
In conclusion, Microsap® Cu Plus, thanks to its characteristics, presents high selectivity in all phenological phases and great versatility of use thanks to a balanced combination of prompt action and persistence. Thanks to the very low copper content contained, with ten applications allowed on the label they are used at a maximum dose, only 2,650gr/ha of active ingredient, a fundamental point in a defense strategy especially looking at particularly adverse past years.
Wanax 800 SC: is a liquid fungicide in concentrated suspension (SC) based on sulphur, which guarantees maximum effectiveness against powdery mildew. Its innovative formulation contains a surfactant agent capable of breaking the surface tension of the sprayed solution allowing a higher degree of coverage and persistence.
The high quality of the components used for its formulation make it very selective on the crop and maximize its flexibility of use; Wanax 800 SC has no buffer zone limits and no risk phrase (H) for the user.
Wanax 800 SC has a high level of solubility and lends itself very well to being mixed with most agrochemicals and fertilizers; due to its characteristics it represents the perfect partner of Microsap Cu Plus. Effective, selective and versatile.
Blokker: is a natural product with a high concentration of tannins, plant extracts and elicitors. Thanks to its formulation and high miscibility, it lends itself perfectly to being used alone or included in defense strategies with fungicidal plant protection products aimed at containing powdery mildew, downy mildew, bacteriosis, gray mold and speckling. In particular, plant extracts derive from forest essences such as white willow and other species of the Fabaceae family from which low molecular weight aromatic molecules such as phenolic acids (gallic acid, syringic acid and salicylic acid) and organic molecules such as stilbene are extracted. All components with a strong biostimulating and antioxidant power, Blokker allows you to strengthen plant tissues, making the plant much more tolerant to stress caused by environmental or fungal factors. It allows to have a reselling function on the plant and to increase its photosynthetic activity.
