ENOTREND

The future of the wine sector between ecological transition, digitalization and globalization of the markets; this is the topic of Enotrend, a space organized in collaboration with Fondazione Friuli and with the patronage of MIPAAF, Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, which schedules more than 30 meetings including workshops, in-depth analysis and seminars on the new trends in terms of vine culture, technical innovations, research & development.

The engine and the scientific heart of this event is a committee made up of scholars from renowned research institutes and prestigious Italian universities, responsible for defining themes, programs and contributions of the technical meetings that will accompany R.I.V.E.

Among the main topics of Enotrend 2021 discussion we can find:

  • the role of consortia in the new legislation of authorizations, opportunities and enhancement of wine territories: the UGAs;
  • smart enology and viticulture: precision automation and robotics from field to cellar;
  • sustainable and organic sparkling wines: the opportunities;
  • Comparing technologies: resistant vines and edited vines.
